Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 US states and every province and territory in Canada.

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email right away and a tracking number when your order ships.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas may take a few extra days.

Shipping rates (USD): Orders under $60 ship for a flat $7.95. Orders of $60 or more ship free.

Packages: Orders ship from our partner warehouses. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Currency and taxes: All prices are in US dollars. Canadian customers are charged the converted amount by their bank or PayPal. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels: If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email homehearthwell@gmail.com and we'll investigate and resend or refund.
