Where do you ship?
The United States, Canada, the UK, Ireland, most of Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Our Christmas trees ship to the USA and Canada only, because of their size.
How long does delivery take?
USA and Canada: 5–10 business days. UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand: 8–15 business days. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
What currency are your prices in?
US dollars (USD). If you pay in another currency, your bank or PayPal converts the amount at checkout.
Is shipping free?
USA and Canada: free on orders of $60 or more, otherwise a flat $7.95. UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand: free on orders of $99 or more, otherwise a flat $12.95.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Orders outside the USA may be charged import taxes or duties by your country. These are set by local customs and are the customer's responsibility.
Why might my order arrive in more than one box?
We ship from more than one warehouse, so multi-item orders sometimes travel separately.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed, but you can return it.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace or refund it, with no return needed.
How do I care for wood and marble pieces?
Hand wash with mild soap, dry immediately, and oil wood occasionally with food-safe mineral oil. Never soak them or put them in the dishwasher.
