Where it ships from
Orders are sent from our partner warehouses. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at homehearthwell@gmail.com and we'll investigate and resend or refund.
